Admitted to the Ukrainian Bar. Insolvency practitioner.
Main areas of practice: civil and commercial law, corporate law, litigation.
Mr Korolenko has a vast experience in litigating cases in commercial, administrative and civil courts, both in Ukraine and abroad. He also advises clients on transactions with shares and other negotiable instruments, assist them in M&A transactions and in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
He speaks Ukrainian, Russian, English, Turkish, and Persian.
