As a result of the Firm’s efforts the Order issued by the Kiev District Administrative Court on 14 March 2011 that confirmed the claimant’s entitlement to VAT credit became final, and an appeal brought by the tax authority in the Obolonskyi district of Kiev was denied by the Kiev Administrative Court of Appeal.
