Associate at the real estate practice

Requirements:

• A degree in law (completed higher education)
• An advocate’s licence (registered in the Ukrainian Register of Advocates)
• A good command of English (upper-intermediate)
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Professional fluency in oral and written Ukrainian and Russian
• Excellent skills in searching information at https://court.gov.ua/
• Excellent analytical skills
• An ability to formulate and express opinions and arguments in a concise and structured manner, both verbally and in writing

Experience:

• Legal support and assistance to the execution and performance of real property-related contracts (sale and purchase, lease, etc.)
• Legal support to construction and development projects
• Legal support to communication between parties engaged in construction and development projects and state architecture and construction authorities

Tax Lawyer

Requirements for the applicant:

• A degree in law (completed higher education)
• An advocate’s licence (registered in the Ukrainian Register of Advocates)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Fluent in Ukrainian, English and Russian.

Main responsibilities:

• legal counseling;

• assistance in setting up a new business, analysis of possible tax risks and future tax burden;

• analysis of tax documentation for violations;

• optimization of taxation and tax planning at the enterprise;

• legal support of tax audit;

• appeal of an order for the appointment of an inspection;

• drafting objections to the act of tax audit, judicial and administrative appeal of the tax notification-decision;

• drafting and filing petitions in court in connection with the appeal of accrued tax payments, appeals of decisions, actions or inactions of tax authorities;

• assistance in VAT refunds;

• appeal of a decision to annul the single tax payer registration;

• appeal of a decision to annul the VAT payer registration;

• appeal of unilateral termination of the agreement on the recognition of electronic documents (on the receipt of electronic report);

• appeal of blocking by the tax authority of tax invoices registration;

• representation of the client's interests in state control and law enforcement agencies;

• representation of the client's interests in courts of all instances;

• legal assistance of a tax lawyer on all matters of taxation, etc.

Land lawyer

Requirements for the applicant:

• Law degree

• Bar license

• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience

• Fluent in Ukrainian, English and Russian.

Main responsibilities:

• Effective detailed advice on land disputes;

• Participation in the conclusion of agreements related to the purchase or lease of land;

• Drafting all kinds of requests, lawsuits, complaints, petitions and other procedural documents to submit to court;

• Representation of the client's party in the courts of any instance in the settlement of land disputes;

• Full legal support, etc.
