Preclusive effect of court judgments as a dynamic principle of the doctrine of law enforcement

On 24 March 2026, Evgen Kubko, president of the Salkom Law Firm, delivered a presentation on this topic at the international academic conference ‘The Mechanism of Law Enforcement in the Context of Contemporary Transformations’. Prejudice in the Ukrainian legal system was examined in a comparative context with the rules of res judicata, issue preclusion, and estoppel.
